How much does a website cost? A realistic breakdown
How much does a website cost? The honest answer is that it depends on what the website needs to do. A focused site for one service costs far less than a store or a booking platform. These ranges help you plan before we talk.
Typical ranges
from $1,800
For a focused offer with conversion copy and SEO setup.
from $3,500
Including buyer research, case studies and custom design.
from $6,000
Priced by milestone.
What changes the price
The biggest factors are the number of unique page templates, custom features such as bookings or payments, integrations with other tools and how much copy needs to be written. Content you already have, such as photos and case studies, lowers the cost.
What you should never pay for twice
Make sure the quote includes speed optimisation, basic SEO, tracking and a period of support after launch. These are not extras; they decide whether the website pays for itself. Google’s Core Web Vitals guidance shows why speed matters for every site.
Ongoing costs after launch
Plan for hosting, a domain and, if you want it, a monthly care plan for updates, backups and security. These usually cost far less than the website itself, but they keep it fast and safe, which protects the investment you made.

I am based in Bangladesh and schedule my day to overlap with European mornings and US mornings, so you always get same-day replies.
Pricing & payment
How much does a website cost?
Most conversion websites are between $2,500 and $6,000. Custom apps start around $6,000. You get a fixed quote after the review, never an hourly surprise.
How do payments work?
50% to start, 50% before launch. Larger projects are split into milestones. I accept bank transfer, Wise and PayPal in USD, EUR or GBP.
Do you offer refunds?
If you are not happy with the strategy and first design, you can stop the project and keep everything delivered so far, with no further payments.

How long does a project take?
Most websites launch within 3 to 5 weeks. Booking systems and apps take 4 to 12 weeks depending on scope.
How many revisions do I get?
Two structured revision rounds on design, plus unlimited small fixes during the 30 days after launch.
Do you write the content?

Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. Optional monthly care plans cover updates, backups, security and small changes.
Who owns the website?
You do. Domain, hosting, content and code are all yours.
