Each project is governed by a written proposal that defines scope, price, timeline and deliverables. That proposal takes priority over these general terms.
Unless agreed otherwise, 50% is due before work starts and 50% before launch. Invoices are payable within 7 days.
After full payment you own the website, content and custom code delivered for your project. I may show the project in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.
I am not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or issues caused by third party services, hosting or changes made by others after delivery.
These terms are governed by the laws agreed in your project proposal. Disputes will first be resolved in good faith by discussion.
